Dried pork roast, white and tender tofu and plump pork belly, thick oily red sauce, delicious and delicious. When "Tongue 2" was played to this stage, my mouth suddenly overflowed with saliva. Although my family had no candidates, it couldn't stop me from pursuing good food. I don’t have the white dried tofu like that on TV, only smoked, slightly yellow, and not handmade. However, when paired with meat, the taste will not be bad, especially tofu, which is better here. The meat is delicious.

Dried Pork

1. Wash the dried tofu and the meat separately. The pork belly is used on the TV. I am too fat, so I used the foreleg meat.

2. Cut the dried tofu into four squares of 2 cm, cut the pork about 3 cm, and cut the fat separately.

3. Rock sugar, star anise, cinnamon, ginger are ready

4. Put the fat in the wok and stir to get the oil

5. Add rock sugar, stir fry with spices on low heat until the rock sugar melts into a brown syrup

6. After the rock sugar is boiled, immediately pour the cut meat pieces and stir-fry quickly, by the way, increase the heat; when the temperature in the pot rises to the highest again, cook the cooking wine on the edge of the pot, cover and simmer for one minute

7. Add a large bowl of hot water to cover the meat, close the lid, turn to a low heat and simmer for an hour

8. After the meat is simmered for 40 minutes, add dried tofu, add salt, and simmer for 20 minutes

9. After the soup thickens, add the chopped green onion and put it on the pan.
