Steamed Wontons with Fresh Meat

First pick the celery clean

After the water in the pot is boiled, add an appropriate amount of salt, blanch the celery, and pick it up

Chop into small pieces, add some olive oil and salt, mix well and set aside

Add an egg white, cooking wine, salt, and fresh soy sauce to the minced pork and stir in a clockwise direction to make it sticky, then add an appropriate amount of water and stir again to make it sticky

Add minced celery to minced pork and stir well

Prepare wonton wrappers

Wrap all the wontons

Prepare chopped seaweed, egg skin, chopped green onion and dried shrimp skin

Arrange the wontons and put them in a pot with cold water, cover and steam for 5 minutes

Open and add egg skins, seaweed and shrimp skins, spray some water to moisturize the skins by the way

Add 15ml of fresh soy sauce, drizzle with sesame oil, cover and steam for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
1. The skin of the steamed wonton should not be too thick, and the thin taste is better;
2. Spray water after opening halfway so that it can moisturize the skin to avoid a hard taste.
