Steamed Wonton with Fresh Meat is one of the top ten famous dishes in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Wontons are available all over the country, but the flavors are different. Just like our big Wontons in Shanghai, they are all cooked in boiling water. Wonton wrappers were lazy and bought a little bit. A small amount of celery was added to the pork filling. Celery has the effect of improving the freshness and fragrance. Compared with the pure pork filling, the wonton tastes better.
