Dry Shacha Chicken

Prepare raw materials:
Ingredients: half chicken Seasoning: Shacha sauce, ginger, spring onion, herbs, chili

1. Submerge the chicken with shacha sauce for about 10 minutes.

Tips:
Don't add water during the whole process, just boil it dry!
