Shacha Flavor---grilled Mushroom Chicken

Marinate the chicken with two spoons of shacha sauce for 10 minutes.

Add oil in a hot pan and sauté the scallions and ginger until fragrant.

Pour in the marinated chicken nuggets and stir continuously.

Then pour the mushrooms and stir fry together, add appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir fry evenly.

It's better to burn for a while.

Add an appropriate amount of broth and cook for 15 minutes.
