Duckling Sushi

Add 5ml of sushi vinegar to the white rice and mix evenly. Divide the white rice mixed with sushi vinegar into 130g and 170g.
Then divide the 130g portion of white rice into 3 portions, 90g, 30g, and 10g.
Add 3 boiled egg yolks to the remaining 170g of white rice {boil the boiled egg for 10 minutes, eat the egg white, and leave the egg yolk on it} and stir well. Divide the yellow vinegar rice into 100g and 70g portions.
The carrots are cooked and cut into small triangular strips to make duck mouths.
Two seaweeds: Cut each one in half (only 3 and a half sheets are used), and cut one and a half sheets into one third, as shown in the picture.

Roll up the sushi curtain and make it into the semicircle shape on the picture, let the tail point out, and then gently press to make the rice and seaweed fit together.

Now take out the remaining piece of seaweed and spread it on the sushi curtain, then take out 90g of white vinegar rice and spread it evenly, leaving 1cm out, and stick the small piece of seaweed in front of it (the purpose is to prevent waiting (Rolled up for not enough length)

Place the upper body and duck's head in the middle of the spread white rice. Put your body on the lower layer and your head on the upper layer.

Then fill the two remaining portions of white rice on the front of the duck's head, and fix the back of the head (30g) and the front of the head (10g), as shown in the picture.
