Prepare the materials

Add fine sugar to the egg yolk and stir with a whisk until the color is slightly whitish, add milk and stir evenly, pour the milk and egg yolk liquid into a small milk pot with a small fire while stirring until it is about to boil, turn off the heat and pour into the container and let cool
