Durian Yogurt Ice Cream

Add milk and sugar and cook on low heat until slightly boiled

Keep shaking the pot to cool down, add the egg yolk and stir evenly

Add white chocolate to the custard and continue to cook until the chocolate melts and the liquid thickens

Remove the core of the durian, stir the meat into a puree, add it to the custard and stir evenly

Add yogurt and stir well
