Durian Mousse (cake without Baking)

The butter melts in water.

Then crush the digestive biscuits and pour the melted butter.

Stir well.

Put a few on the bottom of the mold and press it firmly.

Puree the durian meat.

Pour in the gelatin powder, heat it on a low heat until the gelatin powder is boiled, stir well, do not boil.
