Easy Summer Food-homemade Beef Floss

Cut the lean beef meat into pieces, cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, and smash the garlic (Tips: It is best to use the lean beef hind leg for making meat floss)

Put the lean beef, green onion, ginger and garlic into the pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook for 20 minutes
