When I was young, I loved the toothpick meat with cumin and a little pepper! The meat flicks, and it tastes fragrant. After eating the meat, use a toothpick to pick your teeth, and you can taste the aroma after licking the toothpick~
I remember at that time it was only available at the cooked meat counter in the mall. Every time I passed by, I would stare at the toothpick meat for a long time, and then grinding my mother to buy it for me to eat. My mother is a very skillful person. Seeing that I love to eat toothpick meat, her family went home and made it for me.
So the toothpick meat has become a "dish to go with wine" in my family during the New Year holidays (because my dad also likes to eat...)
This year’s Spring Festival, Lan Lan and Damin Min felt that they would share this dish with everyone, and then cook it for mom and dad on the 30th night~ Let them eat delicious toothpick meat without hands~
I remember when I was a kid, I chose cheap pork for toothpicks. But in order to be healthier and more delicious, this time Lan Lan chose beef. More protein and blood red iron, less fat!

Tips:

1. The toothpicks must be soaked in water! ! Otherwise, the dried bamboo stick will absorb the moisture in the meat, making the meat stick to the toothpicks and not gnaw off;
2. Add the amount of chili as you like, or not add it~
3. When the fried meat skewers are taken out and mixed with chili cumin and white sesame seeds, there must be no water in the container! Otherwise, these seasonings won't stick to the meat skewers~
