Tips:
1. The toothpicks must be soaked in water! ! Otherwise, the dried bamboo stick will absorb the moisture in the meat, making the meat stick to the toothpicks and not gnaw off;
2. Add the amount of chili as you like, or not add it~
3. When the fried meat skewers are taken out and mixed with chili cumin and white sesame seeds, there must be no water in the container! Otherwise, these seasonings won't stick to the meat skewers~
