Boiled Beef

About 300 grams of net lean beef, freeze hard in the refrigerator and cut into thin slices, add 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of pea starch;

After fully grasping, add 2 teaspoons of red potato starch and soak in water;

After mixing well, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sea pepper noodles, and 1 teaspoon of lettuce oil;

After mixing well, let it stand for 10 minutes.

Put 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a hot pan, 1 teaspoon of bean paste on a low heat, and a little ginger shreds. Then add a soup pot of water. Boil on high heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and add the pieces of meat separately;

Cook on medium heat until the meat slices float, add 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, mix well, transfer the meat slices into the soup basin, and put 2 teaspoons of sea pepper noodles on the meat slices;

On high heat, burn about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil until it smokes, pour it on the sea pepper noodles, sprinkle with shallots, pepper noodles, and cooked white sesame seeds.
