Easy to Make Delicious Yogurt

Milk was elected pure milk.

Add the sugar and heat and stir for a few minutes to melt the sugar better. (You don’t need to heat it, it's purely personal psychological troubles, the warmed ones may taste better)

After heating, the milk must be allowed to cool down to below 42°. Let it cool if you don’t know.

It must be remembered here that the fermentation bacteria can only be added below 42° and stirred evenly. Because the beneficial bacteria will be killed when the temperature is too high.

Finally, stir well and put it into the yogurt machine, plug in the electricity and wait for 6 to 8 hours to ferment.
