Egg Cheese Toast

Make a square with a knife about 1.5cm away from the side of the bread (the knife should be light, and it must not be cut to the end!)

Flatten the bread in the square to form a groove

Pour a fresh egg into the groove

Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese between the egg white and the side of the bread

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the finished product on a baking tray lined with greased paper, and bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes. (Each oven has a different temper, so the temperature and time need to be mastered by yourself, just melt the cheese)
6.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper while it's hot and ready to eat!
