Since I have a light food machine, I feel that the breakfast has become richer. The ready-made hand cake crust bought in the supermarket is paired with egg and ham, which is simple and quick to press.

Egg Ham Finger Pie

1. Cut the ham into quarters

2. Put the hand cake in the pan and fry one side

3. Put the hand cakes on the light food machine (the side of the pan is fried)

4. Place the ham sausage into a square and beat in the eggs

5. Stack up on four sides

6. Cover and bake for five minutes

7. Just remove and install the plate

Tips:

1. Fry it in a pan first, the skin in the bag will be crispy, you can omit this step
2. If you don't have a light food machine, you can use a pan directly, and fry on both sides.
