Egg Mochi

Beat the eggs.

Mochi cut into pieces.
3.
Mochi soaked in egg liquid.
4.
Shred bamboo shoots and slice mushrooms.
5.
Cut the pork belly into strips, fragrant and cut into strips.

Cut garlic sprouts into strips.

Pan oil >> pork belly strips >> dried fragrant, garlic, mushrooms, bamboo shoots.

Next mochi.

Add rice wine, delicious fresh soy sauce. Stir fry evenly. Pour in the egg liquid and stir fry. Add garlic leaves.

Out of the pot.

Pair it with wine or drinks. Mochi should be eaten while it's hot, it won't taste good when it's cold.
