Today we continue the mochi series. This mochi is a special snack on our side. The steamed glutinous rice is beaten with a stone mortar, and the stuffing is added after pounding it into a dough. Usually it is mainly red bean paste and sesame paste. Tips:

1. Regarding whether to add sugar to the pumpkin puree, it should be decided according to the sweetness of the actual pumpkin;
2. I personally think that pumpkin is best to be beaten with a little water, that is, the best milkshake
