Egg Toast Slices

Prepare 2 eggs and 3 slices of bread. This is for two people. If there are more people or food, you can increase it;

Cut the bread slices on the sides, cut into pieces in the middle, into a triangle shape;

The eggs are opened and shelled. In order to prevent the eggs from being broken, the eggs must be beaten separately.

Use chopsticks to quickly adjust clockwise; for bowls, it is recommended to use glass or ceramics, if stainless steel eggs are used, they will turn black.

Put the cut dough slices into the egg liquid, evenly coat the egg liquid, and quickly pick up;

Use a frying pan, heat the pan, pour a little bit of oil, let the oil heat evenly, add the bread slices into the pan;

Fry on low heat until slightly yellow, turn the other side and continue to fry until slightly yellow. The frying process takes no more than 1 minute.
Tips:
1. Put the slices of bread into the egg mixture and wrap it in the egg mixture and immediately pick it up into the pot. Don't soak the egg mixture for too long.
2. When frying, it must be low fire, otherwise it will be easy to paste.
