Eggplant Braised in Sauce

Wash the eggplant and cut it with a knife

Heat the wok, add edible oil, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant, add the soybean paste and stir fry evenly

Add the cut eggplant, add water, simmer for 15 minutes, turn over and simmer for 5 minutes
4.
Add minced garlic to taste before serving, sprinkle with chives and parsley for garnish
