Eight Treasure Lotus Seed Rice Dumplings

Soak red beans, black beans, pinto beans, coix seed, peanuts, and lotus seeds for 24 hours.

Soak glutinous rice for more than 4 hours.

Boil the zongzi leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and put in the malian grass and simmer for a while, so that the zongzi leaves will not break easily; soak the jujube in warm water for 3 to 5 minutes.
