Deep-fried Glutinous Rice Meatballs

350 grams of glutinous rice are washed and cooked, and other ingredients can be prepared during the cooking process

250g pork chopped into minced pork

Clean the wild onion. If there is no wild onion, you can use normal chopped green onion instead

Pick off the wild onions and set aside

Cut wild onion leaves into small pieces

Chop wild onion with minced ginger

After the glutinous rice is cooked, let it cool, and all the ingredients show up

Take a large clean basin and put all the ingredients in it, the eggs, light soy sauce, and pepper.

Put on disposable gloves and knead slowly until the meat and glutinous rice stick to your hands.

Put some oil on your hands, take an appropriate amount of glutinous rice ball and knead it into a ball, I made about 30 grams

Prepare 20 grams of starch, put the glutinous rice balls into the starch grains, roll them, and round them again

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the oil pan, heat it to 80% and open the balls, use chopsticks to turn it back and forth to prevent the bottom from sticking (if you use a small frying pan, the oil is not over the balls)
