Tips:
1. It is okay to choose any kind of pears. I used golden pears, the flesh is white, and the color does not change after steaming, and the texture after steaming is still very crisp and tender;
2. The pears after peeling and digging cans are soaked in white vinegar water to prevent the pear flesh from oxidizing and discoloring. It can also be soaked in light salt water, but it does not need to be soaked for too long. The correct way is to make the eight treasure filling first before processing. pear;
3. The time of steaming the pear pot is controlled by yourself, because the eight-treasure filling is cooked, the pears will be more ripe and soft if you steam it for a while, and the pears will be more tender and tender if you steam it less for a while.
4. Orange peel or orange cake can be added to the eight-treasure filling, which will taste better. I don’t have a homemade one, and I can’t trust the one I bought, so I didn’t release it.
5. If you are taboo against lard, you can change it to tasteless salad oil.
6. People with poor gastrointestinal tract should eat it while it is hot. It tastes better when refrigerated! Chew slowly!
