Pour the milk froth into the cup and use the chocolate sauce to draw three circles on the surface.
5.
Use a drawing needle or toothpick to draw a straight line to the outer edge of the cup
6.
After drawing twice in equal parts, draw inward again.
7.
Or after sprinkling with chocolate powder, use a flower mold to print your favorite pattern.
8.
The same method can make many beautiful patterns of coffee.
Tips:
Milk froth production:
1. Milk froth can only be made with Nestle whole milk. Milk froth made from other brands of milk is easy to defoam or can't make milk froth at all. When I trial-produced Nestlé full-fat sweet milk powder, it became easier to froth the milk, and the water temperature should not exceed 70 degrees, and there is no need to add sugar when enjoying it.
2. The amount of milk should not exceed 1/2 of the milk froth pot, otherwise the milk will overflow due to expansion when making milk froth.
3. The heating of the milk should not exceed 70 degrees, otherwise the protein structure in the milk will be destroyed.
4. The lid and filter cannot be heated directly.
5. Twitch the filter quickly to press the air into the milk. You don't need to press it to the end when you twitch. Because you want to drive the air into the milk, you just need to move on the surface of the milk; you don't need too many times, gently Twitch 30 to 60 times.
6. If the ice milk foam used in making iced coffee, cool the milk to below 5 degrees. Of course, don't over-ice and let the milk freeze.
