Fennel Tofu Soup

After removing the old leaves and roots of fennel vegetables, rinse them in water.

Cut the washed fennel vegetables into 4 cm long pieces for later use.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, blanch in a pot of boiling water for one minute to remove part of the beany flavor.

Bring the soup pot to a boil, add a proper amount of water to a boil, and add Shi Yunsheng's concentrated chicken broth.

Add three slices of ginger.

Add tofu and boil for one minute.

Add fennel vegetables and cook.

Add a little salt to taste.
Tips:
1. Shi Yunsheng's concentrated chicken broth contains heavy salt. This soup contains no or less salt according to the amount of water.
2. Fennel vegetables should not be boiled for a long time, just cut off the raw material, and it will taste delicious.
