Fermented Bean Curd Mayonnaise Vegetable Salad "zizania White Bamboo Shoots 1"
                            
                                1.
                                Boil the bamboo shoots under the water and cook for 3 minutes; boil the Hongxi mushrooms and sweet beans for 1 minute; drain and soak in ice water, cut into pieces and serve on a plate

                                Fermented bean curd (rolled on the back of a spoon)

                                Mix the minced fermented bean curd and mayonnaise in a large bowl.

                                Mix well the seasonings from the previous item, drizzle the ingredients and serve.
                                    
                            
                            
                                Tips: 
                                ★ Vegetables can be served with warm salad instead of soaking in ice water. Water bamboo shoots can be changed to bamboo shoots.
 ★ Replacing mayonnaise with oyster sauce will have lower calories, but the color is unpleasant (poor taste).
 ★ Various flavors of fermented bean curd are available (note the difference in saltiness); use sugar or vinegar to adjust to your personal preference.
