Three Cups Chicken Roasted Rice and White Bamboo Shoots

Garlic cracked, ginger sliced, zizania white bamboo shoots cut into hob pieces

2 tablespoons of salad oil in a hot pan, change to low heat and stir fragrant ginger slices & garlic (at least 3 minutes or until the ginger slices dries)

Add sesame oil to heat slightly, add chicken nuggets and fry until the outer layer changes color
4.
Add soy sauce and rice wine, stir fry, change to low heat for 10 minutes

Stir in bamboo shoots and simmer for 5 minutes

Change the fire to a nine-story tower, pour a little cooking wine, and serve. ★ (Picture) The nine-story tower can be replaced with basil.
Tips:
★ The amount of cooking wine can be placed in about 1 cup instead of the soup (water).
★ If the temperature of sesame oil is too high, it will burn easily (bitter taste). Stir fry to get the aroma of ginger and garlic before adding.
★ If you are not used to precede the oil with the ingredients, the home-style taste is healthy first.
