Ingredients

Fig and Sydney Syrup

1. Two pears are pitted and cut into pieces for later use.

2. Rinse figs, donkey-hide jujube, and wolfberry.

3. Two pieces of rock candy are reserved.

4. Boil water in the pot and pour the pears after the water is boiled.

5. After the water is boiled, add figs, dates and wolfberry.

6. Cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes.

Tips:
