Finger Cake Hot Dog
1.
Take the hand cake out of the refrigerator and immediately cut it into the long trapezoidal strips in the picture with a knife. Don't wait until the hand cake is thawed, it will not be easy to tear from the plastic wrap after thawing.
2.
The hot dog sausage is cut in the middle, and each can be made into two.
3.
Put the hot dog sausage on the wide side of the hand cake and start to roll, press the pointed end under it to prevent it from falling apart. The cake is easy to defrost, and basically it is finished after all the settings are finished.
4.
Turn the roll upside down and put the tip up in a greased paper baking tray, leaving a little space to prevent it from swelling and sticking together. Brush the surface with a thin layer of egg liquid, sprinkle with sesame seeds,
5.
All are ready to go into the oven at the back end, and bake at 180 degrees for about 13 minutes, and the surface can be slightly browned.
Tips:
The hand cake is operated directly after it is taken out of the refrigerator, do not defrost, it will not be easy to tear off if it sticks to the greased paper. One hand cake can make about six or seven hot dog rolls, mine is the amount of two cakes, I decide according to the number of people in the family. After the roll is finished and the shape is slightly set, turn it over while baking, and the tip is up to make the layer more distinct, which will be more beautiful.
