Fire Cloud Toast

Separate the yolk and egg white, and add 10 grams of white sugar to the egg white. Beat at high speed with a whisk until hard foaming.

Use a spatula to spread the meringue on the toast without smoothing, leaving a small pit in the middle and putting the egg yolk in the middle.

Preheat the oven at 140 degrees, middle level, upper and lower heat, bake for 15 minutes.
