Fish and Shrimp Stew

Clean the island fish and cut obliquely into chunks;

Tips:
1. When putting rice wine, balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce into the pot, pour it in a circle along the side of the pot;
2. It is better to stew with beer. You can use water without beer, but the taste is not as good as beer.
