Grilled Fish

Main and auxiliary materials: 3 island fishes. Remove the scales, internal organs and wash of the island fish.

Make two cuts on the back of the fish, then add a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for 10 minutes.

Combine barbecue ingredients. According to your own taste, take appropriate amount of chili powder, cumin, sesame, curry powder (you can leave it alone), and salt, mix them well and set aside.

Put the marinated island fish on the baking tray.

Put it in the oven and bake it with the upper and lower fire at 200 degrees.

After about 15 minutes, take out the baking tray and brush a layer of light oil on the shaped fish. Sprinkle some barbecue ingredients evenly. Continue to bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

After taking it out, turn it over and brush with a layer of light oil. Sprinkle some barbecue ingredients, and then bake it in the oven for another 3-5 minutes.

1. I added curry powder to the barbecue ingredients, the taste is very good after roasting.
