Fish Bite Sheep

Two pieces of green onion (5 cm), ten slices of ginger, one coriander, and two star anise.

Fish and lamb.

Boil a pot of boiling water first, and blanch the lamb with five slices of ginger.

Cut the fish into large pieces.

Fry the fish pieces slightly and remove them.

Add star anise and five slices of ginger and green onion in low heat and cool oil. Fry the savory flavor. Put lamb and fry for two minutes on medium heat.

Pour in boiling water, turn the casserole as a whole, use the soup pot if there is no casserole (casserole is best). After boiling, turn to the soup until the lamb is soft and rotten (just one hour). Season with salt and pepper. Put the fish in and boil for 30 minutes. Don't break the fish. If it is broken, you won't be able to catch it. Tips:
Don't worry that the fish will be fishy and the sheep will be mutton.
If you like to put seasonings, you can add them appropriately according to your taste, but this soup is mainly delicious, and it is not good to put more seasonings.
