Five Red Water

All the materials are ready, and I feel comfortable looking at it

Wash peanuts and red beans and soak for several hours

Add red beans, peanuts, and red dates to 1.5L of water, cover it, and start the health soup button. Or put it in a pot and boil, turn to low heat and cook for about 60 minutes

Add the medlar and cook for 5 minutes. You can add all the medlar at the beginning, but I like to add it later, so it won’t be too bad

Add brown sugar (or flake sugar) and cook for a few minutes
