Flower Rice Oatmeal Sweet Porridge

Soak the rice in water for half an hour.

Re-add about 3 times the amount of water and rock sugar (white sugar), boil on high heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat to form a thin and soft porridge.

Leave to cool for 2 minutes, add an appropriate amount of instant oats and stir slightly.

In summer, it is roughly cooled and then kept in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

It will be delicious with dates, walnuts, bananas, avocados, mangoes and blueberries.
