Flower-shaped Coconut Milk Parfait

Prepare a square container (I used a 20cm * 20cm square baking pan), dip it in a little water, and cover it with heat-resistant plastic wrap.

Spread a layer of mashed coconut.

Put cornstarch in a small bowl.

Add 1/3 of the milk and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Put the whipped cream, the remaining milk, and sugar into the milk pan.

Turn on low heat and cook until small bubbles appear on the edge of the milk. Pour in the starch milk and stir the mixture constantly with chopsticks.

The mixture will become thicker and thicker. Stop heating when the chopsticks have obvious lines across it. After the heat is off, continue to stir with chopsticks for about one minute.

Pour into the prepared square baking dish, and spread a layer of mashed coconut on the surface. After it has cooled thoroughly, put in a large food bag, seal it, and refrigerate overnight until the mixture has solidified into milk.
9.
Cut the milk block with a heart-shaped mold, place it in a flower shape, and decorate it with dried roses.
