Foie Gras, Yam and Potato Sausage

Thaw the foie gras, wash and cut into small pieces, peel the potatoes and yam into small pieces.

Put foie gras, potatoes, yam cubes in the food processor or food supplement, and then beat in an egg.

Stir it into a fine paste.

Then pour in an appropriate amount of flour and mix well.

Babies over 1 year old can add some salt or baby soy sauce to taste and stir to make a thick paste.

Put it into a piping bag, cut a hole, squeeze it into the mold, and close the lid.

Steam it on the pot, about 10-15 minutes after boiling.

Tips:
The ratio of foie gras, yam and potatoes can be adjusted. Babies over 1 year old can add some salt or baby soy sauce for seasoning. If you are under 1 year old, try not to add seasonings.
