Four Carob Beef Rice Bowl

Wash the required vegetables and control the moisture;

Cut four carob beans, colored peppers and beef tenderloin into cubes about 1 cm in size;

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot;

Now put the four carob beans in a pot and stir-fry on high heat;

Tips:
1. The beef tenderloin is not suitable for frying for a long time, it will get old, so put it into the wok later;
2. When frying four carob beans, add a small amount of water in batches, don't put them in at once, because they will lose their taste
3. If you are worried that the beef will not taste good, you can marinate it in advance.
