Four Carob Beef Rice Bowl

1. Wash the required vegetables and control the moisture;

2. Cut four carob beans, colored peppers and beef tenderloin into cubes about 1 cm in size;

3. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot;

4. Now put the four carob beans in a pot and stir-fry on high heat;

Tips:

1. The beef tenderloin is not suitable for frying for a long time, it will get old, so put it into the wok later;
