Four-leaf Clover Flower Roll

Mix 500g of flour, 240g of warm water, 3g of yeast powder into a dough, and cover with plastic wrap to ferment.

The dried dough is about twice as big.

The internal pores are full.

Knead the dough evenly and roll it out into a rectangular sheet with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Brush the surface with oil, sprinkle five-spice powder, and then sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt.

Roll up and cut into sections.

Use chopsticks to press horizontally in the middle and fold it in half. First pinch the middle of the side with your index finger and thumb, and then place the pinch to face the panel.

Press vertically in the middle, apply some water to the center, pinch the left and right sides, and pull out the chopsticks.

All are done, save the hair until the volume becomes lighter. Steam in a water basket for 15 minutes, turn off the heat for three minutes.
