Freeze Dried Pumpkin Yogurt

Prepare milk, pumpkin freeze-drying and yogurt starter, and sterilize the pots in the yogurt machine with boiling water

Freeze-dried pumpkin and cut into small pieces

Pour 1 box (250g) of milk into the yogurt maker, add starter, pumpkin freeze-dried and white sugar, and mix well

Pour in the remaining milk and ferment for 7-8 hours

Fermented yogurt, put it in the refrigerator overnight
Tips:
Freeze-dried fruits are ready to be eaten in a bag, and will become soft when exposed to water. If you like its crispness, remember to clamp it if you don’t eat
