French Fenido-pear Pudding Cake

Beat the eggs, add sugar and mix well

Use a whisk until the color is whitish

Add flour and mix well

Add milk
5.
Add orange juice

Wash and peel the pears, cut into small pieces and put them in a baking dish

Pour the prepared custard into the baking dish
8.
Soak the pears in the custard and bake them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
