The big goose egg, with egg yolk and tofu, can be called egg yolk tofu or Jinsha tofu. The name is not important, delicious nutrition is the key.

Fresh, Delicious and Nutritious from Tofu and Goose Egg Yolk

1. Goose egg shelled and egg yolk

2. Crush the egg yolk

3. Wash the tofu and cut into pieces

4. Boil the tofu in the pot and remove the water to drain

5. Pick up the frying pan and stir-fry the goose egg yolk

6. Tofu fried in a pot

7. Add appropriate amount of water and fry evenly, cover the pot and cook for a while, add salt and fry evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy

Tips:

This dish is delicious, so it is not suitable to add a variety of condiments.
