Egg Yolk Tofu

Boil salted goose eggs and duck eggs

Peel, take the egg yolk, and crush the egg yolk

Buckle out the box of tofu

Put a piece of tofu on the plate with a blade

Add a layer of egg yolk on tofu

Then slice a piece of tofu, add a layer of egg yolk on top of the tofu, add egg yolk between each layer of tofu in turn

Top with soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle some chopped coriander and enjoy
Tips:
1. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
2. The egg yolk is salty, so there is no need to add salt to the sauce.
