I have salted goose eggs and salted duck eggs at home, and I want to make tofu with egg yolk. Helplessly, the box of tofu I bought was too soft and couldn't hold on for long after cutting. When the tofu was all sliced, the first slice of tofu collapsed. Without the sense of hierarchy, it can't be called Melaleuca Tofu, and it is renamed Egg Yolk Tofu. Fortunately, the name is not important. While enjoying the taste and texture of this dish, you can also harvest the therapeutic effects of this dish.

Egg Yolk Tofu

1. Boil salted goose eggs and duck eggs

2. Peel, take the egg yolk, and crush the egg yolk

3. Buckle out the box of tofu

4. Put a piece of tofu on the plate with a blade

5. Add a layer of egg yolk on tofu

6. Then slice a piece of tofu, add a layer of egg yolk on top of the tofu, add egg yolk between each layer of tofu in turn

7. Top with soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle some chopped coriander and enjoy

Tips:

1. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
2. The egg yolk is salty, so there is no need to add salt to the sauce.
