Fresh on Top of Fresh—steamed Large Yellow Croaker with Prawn Paste

Ingredients: 200 grams of large prawn paste, 1 piece of large yellow croaker Ingredients: no seasoning: appropriate amount of peanut oil

After washing the large yellow croaker, cut it open from the back with a knife, and punch a knife on each side of the fish.

Put the modified large yellow croaker in a large steaming dish

Spread the large prawn paste evenly on the large yellow croaker

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, put the large yellow croaker into the pot and steam for 10 minutes

Take out the steamed fish, heat the oil in the pot, after the oil is heated, pour it on the steamed large yellow croaker and eat it
Tips:
1. The large yellow croaker itself is fresh and does not need to be marinated with actual seasoning;
2. The steaming time depends on the size of the fish. My fish is 750 grams, so it will be steamed for 10 minutes after the water is boiled. It is not easy to steam for too long, otherwise the fish will become old;
3. There is no need to add salt to this dish, because the prawn paste itself has a salty taste.
