Fresh Soda Meat
1.
Prepare fresh pork and plum strips; wash and chop into minced meat.
2.
Add starch and salt to the meat emulsion.
3.
Pour the light soy sauce, add a little water, and mix well.
4.
Stir in one direction.
5.
Add scallions, minced ginger, and pepper, and mix well.
6.
Use a small spoon to smooth out the mixed minced meat, leaving a small hole in the middle.
7.
Pour water on the minced meat, so that the minced meat is not over; add a little light soy sauce to taste.
8.
Put it in a rice cooker and steam the rice together.
9.
The steamed soda meat is topped with sesame oil; the tender meat soup is delicious.
Tips:
1. Plum meat is tender and tastes better; if you haven't bought it, use fresh tenderloin or clean lean meat.
2. Add water to the minced meat and stir vigorously in one direction, so that the steamed meat is elastic and tastes good.
3. Steam separately, start counting when the water is boiled, 5 minutes is enough, too old to taste bad.
