Activate yeast: Pour 30ml of warm water at about 38°C into the measuring cup, add 3g of sugar until it melts, add 0.8g of wine yeast, and let it stand for 15-20 minutes.

When a clear milky white foam is produced in the measuring cup, it proves that the activation is complete.

Wash 3 kg of grapes and dry them to remove the stalks.

Use a blender or juicer to beat the grapes until the skins are broken and juice (you can also squeeze them by hand), pour them into the brewing pot of the wine machine, and add the activated yeast.

Press the smart button on the control panel to select grapes, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the machine to enter smart brewing.

After one day, the brewing is over, the filter residue bag is nested in the wine box at the top of the machine, and the fruit wine puree is poured into it.

After the filter residue bag is closed, it is slowly lifted, and the liquor is separated from the pomace.
