Croutons

Cut the bread into small dices

Put a spoonful of oil in the pan, add the croutons when the oil is hot, and spread it out.

Stir the egg liquid in a bowl, add salt and black sesame seeds and mix well.

Turn it over and fry it again until it is crispy on both sides. The egg mixture solidifies the croutons together to form a crouton omelet, shovel it out and put it on the plate.

Cut the grapes in half and place them on a plate. Cut the lettuce leaves into shreds and stir-fry them in a pot with hot water for a few seconds.
