Crystal Grape Jelly

Wash the grapes and peel them, put the skins in a small bowl for later use. Use a toothpick to remove the pits of the fruit and put it in a mold for later use.

White jelly powder + 60ml water, adjust to non-nuclear evenly set aside.

Boil the grape skins + water + sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the grape skins. Add the white jelly liquid, stir evenly, and turn off the heat.

Pour the boiled jelly liquid into the mold with the pulp, and let it cool to turn into jelly. Putting it in the refrigerator will freeze faster and taste better.
