Fried Beef with Onion and Cumin

Cut beef into small pieces.

Put oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, cornstarch, cooking wine, sugar and cumin powder, pinch evenly with your hands, and marinate for 2 hours.

Heat the pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and stir-fry the beef over high heat.

Fry the onion in another oil pan until soft.
