Steamed Beef with Black Pepper

Cut beef into small pieces.

Marinate for more than 30 minutes. (I usually marinate at noon or in the morning and steam at night)

Bring water to a boil, put the beef in a high heat and steam for 12 minutes, turning it over halfway, so that the meat is evenly cooked. , The time depends on the degree of raw and cooked beef and the thickness of the meat. It can be steamed for 8 minutes if it is cooked for 5 minutes. (I changed to a larger plate before steaming.)
