Fried Crab

To clean the crabs, you can rinse them with a brush, open the back shell, divide the crabs in two, and drain the water for later use.

Slice the garlic and ginger, and cut the pepper into circles.

Cut garlic sprouts, chives and celery into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of edible oil to the wok, heat it over high heat, add sliced garlic, ginger and Chaotian pepper to taste.

Pour the flower crab.

Put the lid on immediately and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Open the lid and stir fry evenly.

Add chicken essence and salt.

Pour 2 scoops of water and stir fry evenly.

Pour in the garlic sprouts, chives and celery segments, stir-fry for a few times and then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
