Fried Duck Gizzards with Onions

Cut the washed onions and duck gizzards into slices.

Heat the wok and release the oil.
3.
Sauté the onion for a nice aroma.
4.
Add the duck gizzards and stir fry together.
5.
Spoon a tablespoon of soybean paste into it.
6.
Pour some oyster sauce into the pot and pour some boiling water.
7.
Add sugar, salt, and chicken essence to taste.
8.
Just stir fry twice quickly.
